Bear in Motherfucking Heaven is My #1 Most Anticipated Show of Lollapalooza 2012.
Why?
I am so excited I even changed their name to show it! Bear in Heaven has been towards the top of my list for quite some time now. Their newest album It’s Cool, I Love You only reinforced why. Their psychedelic rock just keeps progressing with each album. The newest one brings along a little more arena and anthem sounds that will sound great outdoors. They recently came through Chicago on what could only be described as a warm up tour as they work on playing their new songs live and getting ready for the big stage. Let me tell you – THEY ARE READY! This band can not be missed. Want proof? Listen to everyone of their albums! They are all so good in their own way and if you are like me you will probably love each one individually for different reasons. Their live show has been stepped up with some additional lights and just as clean of a sound as ever. Listening to the drumming of Joe Stickney can very will put you in a trance like the sounds of restless natives but don’t worry the keys, guitars and vocals of Jon Philpot will save you from slipping too far away. This band is ready to bring it at Lollapalooza 2012 and I plan on being there front row. This one is gonna be one to talk about.
